It allows users to create an alias and a human destination, ingest emails, and deflect them using an AI chatbot integration, or a built-in bot. It also includes a fallback scenario that forwards the original message to the user's human support inbox if something goes wrong. It comes with a dashboard that shows how many emails were ingested, deflected, skipped or undeflected. It has plans for every company size, from a free plan with 1 inbox and 50 deflections per month to a Pro plan with unlimited email deflections and unlimited inboxes.
