Screentell
Description:
Screentell is an in-browser screen recorder and video editor that captures screen, camera, system audio and mic, then lets you edit with cinematic 3D transforms, smooth focus zooms, rich stickers/annotations, dynamic face-cam layers, clip cutting and speed control before exporting MP4/WebM/GIF — all processed locally in your browser with no install and strong privacy. It’s aimed at creators and teams who want studio-quality demos and walkthroughs quickly, and it does not appear to rely on AI for its core features (its effects are driven by Web APIs and graphics libraries like three.js rather than machine learning).

Note: This is a Google Colab, meaning that it's not actually a software as a service. Instead it's a series of pre-created codes that you can run without needing to understand how to code.
Note: This is a GitHub repository, meaning that it is code that someone created and made publicly available for anyone to use. These tools could require some knowledge of coding.
